Roster shift code categories in the Scheduler

Currently, it is very difficult to clearly ascertain what shifts have been applied to personnel in the scheduler, especially in the 28-day zoom view, and if the computer screen resolution is not set right. The different Shift Code categories as reflected in the scheduler (Duty: Green, Standby: Blue, Leave: Red) in the attached screenshot.

Would it be possible to make the different shift codes stand out more by either making the shift colours a bit brighter or by rather highlighting the borders of the shift code.
