Remove AM Data Table Fields When Deleted

In many of the AM Data tables (e.g AircraftCategory, AirframeType, GroupType, etc.) fields (place holders?) applicable to deleted values remain visible after the values have been deleted.

This looks scrappy and unprofessional because, in the front-end of respective modules, some controls (e.g. check boxes) appear with no values/labels and are also ordered above controls with values (see attached screen grab).
