Improving the "Assign personnel to Exam" page

Currently "Assign personnel to Exam" page (accessed after clicking on a specific exam), has a few confusing bits to it.

1. After choosing personnel from dropdown list, it isn't clear whether the "Select" button has added them or not. "Select" button should trigger some sort of pop up indicating what happened or what to do next.

2. Adding personnel via bottom table by clicking "X" can be confusing as "X" is universal mark for removing/closing, not adding. My suggestion is to change the icon, or some kind of redesign of the layout to make it clearer.

3. When person is added, they end up at the end of the list in the top table, but that is unclear for the user, as table stays the same and doesn't show the person within what looks like is alphabetical order.
   The user doesn't know that that table is sorting my status of exam being attempted/completed.
   One way to help that could be actual alphabetic sort, or redirecting and highlighting the person after it's been added to confirm the action of adding was successful.

4. There is also no personnel filter on that page, whether it is to find a person the exam has been assigned to, or find a person to assign an exam to.
