The notifications screen in the task schedule is really useful, however we could use it in multiple ways if we could customise the email depending on the receiver. For example you can choose to notify someone upon task creation. If we could customise this email, we could use it as a booking confirmation to send to clients and save time having to write the information again. However the information we would send to a client, isn't the same information we need to send to the pilot when we send them their job. Therefore we'd like a different custom email to send to the pilot which has a different set of information. Currently deleting all the irrelevant information the client doesn't need doesn't save us any time.
