After updating a recency item for which a document is required, the same document can be deleted from the recency item, via the Documents and Images module, without any system query being raised as regards the removal of the documentary evidence from the recency item.
This opens the system to abuse, as personnel can now upload a 'placeholder' document for the purposes of renewing a self-updateable recency item, and then immediately delete the 'placeholder' document, whilst the recency item remains up-to-date.
Additionally, can access levels be changed to allow for personnel to update their recency items and a separate access level which permits them to delete recency updates? Currently, Air Maestro has a Modify Selection and Modify all which allows the user to create, edit and delete recency items.
It would be helpful to have additional permissions settings for the deletion of items.
