Yes we do use the email report summary function but sometimes the last sign off person will close the report out without doing this and it becomes a manual process for the safety dept to go find the report again and send the summary to the reporter. If this was automated it would save us having to follow this process.
Are you using the "Email report summary" feature to send the reporter an email summary? Or would you prefer that the reporter is automatically notified by email as soon as a report is closed?
