Link safety reports with flight records to allow auto-population of common fields

It would be useful if Air Maestro allowed users to raise a new safety report from within an individual flight record and, in doing so, the system would:

1. automatically populate the relevant fields of the safety report with data carried across from the flight record (e.g. Rego, crew details, departure and destination, etc.); and

2. link the flight record and the safety report, so that they could be cross referenced.
