Work Practice - Add an FDP control to check on-the-day duties only

Currently, the Work Practice rule for "Personnel must not be on duty for more than x hours in an x hour period" allows for the system to track all hours completed including that of the previous day for FDP.

This is not helpful for an accurate representation of work done on one specific day.

There is a setting that checks hours worked for a specific day (as per the attached image) but this setting is only available for Duty. It would be helpful to have this setting enabled for FDP as well.
