Overdue Action indication Change request

Tony from NJE has informed, currently in action register, an action shows as overdue (in Red background) when it is in the last due date, however, he would like to show the action as overdue on the end of last due date.

For example, if the due date is 16th Jan, Action register will show the action as Red from 0000 on 16th Jan, where as he requests it to be shown as Red after 2359 on 16th Jan.
