Doc locations field

Hi AM, would it be possible to add another field to the Document library (revision area) that lists where other controlled copies of a document exist? Ie, a table like the below?

This would be mighty useful us especially for SOPs and Emergency Response etc which may be printed and in multiple vehicles.
