Roster and Schedule Offline Capability

Currently, it is not possible to make any changes or publish changes when offline for either the Roster or the Scheduler.

It would be more beneficial to be able to make alterations to the Roster and the Scheduler in an offline setting similar to that of the PWA (or could be included in the current PWA) which will then sync and send out notifications as soon as there is a network connection.

Alternatively, if no network connection is available, the ability to PDF export the roster/schedule to distribute it by other means. (The PDF export functionality only exists for the Schedule and not the Roster)
