Global Reports - Roster Data including in-active bases

Currently, when pulling a report on roster data the HomeBaseID filter does not have the ability to separate various bases and locations and varying statuses (active or inactive). The end result in some cases is a very long list of bases/locations.

It would be helpful if extra parameters could be applied to this filter to exclude inactive bases/locations or only show the bases or only locations.
