Ability to Export Team Rosters to Outlook

We've had a request from a Pilot to see if rosters can be exported to Outlook somehow. The suggestion is to have the Outlook Calendar display their shift type for each day so that people who don't know how to navigate the roster module can easily see what shift type the person is on and whether they are on shift that day or out of office.
