When setting up a check form, it is currently possible to specify which users have "Submit" access, but it is not possible to specify which users have "View" access.
This presents a privacy issue if sensitive information is recorded by check forms that are accessible to multiple users. An example of this is any performance-based check (such as a pilot proficiency check).
Suggest that Check Form set up be changed to include a setting that enables restriction of "View" access.

As mentioned in my initial post, an example of the issue is as follows:
All PICs in an organisation require access to view the Competency Reports (check forms) submitted by cadet pilots.
However, the organisation does not want the PICs to view other check forms (such as Proficiency Checks and Performance Reviews) applicable to the cadets.
If PICs are given access to the cadets' check forms via the "View Selection" access permissions option, they are able to view ALL of the check forms (including those specified by the second bullet point above).
Hence the requirement for to control view access per individual check form.
