Random generated exams for each user

The option to assign an exam to a user with specific conditions, and each user will receive a different exam. So they cannot copy from each other. (Much like CAA exams)

For Example:

The exam creator wants an exam to be generated with 15 questions, questions from 3 different categories. Once the parameters for the exam are decided, the exams are assigned to different users. Each user, when reviewing their exam questions, will have their own individual exam generated from the various question banks.
