Currently, we have RCO's who are dual trained and perform ACO shifts on the roster. Currently, we can tour between bases, but not departments.
It would be really beneficial if the system did not restrict the ability to tour between departments (especially when the employee is added to both ACO and RCO).
I have been asking for this for years. I brought it up at the last 2 Air Maestro conferences that I attended and did add it into the ideas portal when the portal was introduced. However, I can no longer find my suggestion, so voting here. The ability to not be able to do this, causes us alot of problems. We have many people within the company who work for multiple departments
