Company Recency Checkforms

On base there are various facilities checks on fixtures and shared equipment, i.e. aeromedical equipment e.g. stretchers etc.

These checks, and operations, require to be checked daily / weekly / monthly.

Checklist would be a simple and convenient way to complete, but as a company recency rather than tied to a specific person.

Ideally linked to a group of people to ensure they are notified when they are logged in that a daily / weekly / monthly checklist hasn't been completed.

Although handy to have user credentials attached to a checklist item, for traceability and accountability. A high trust model an option so that one checklist can be shared with many.

Once complete and submitted it could follow a workflow to have completion authorised, i.e. somebody checking the checker!!!

Alternatively, if deemed a critical item the user has to pick their name as having checked!!! Just an idea.

Want to make checklist useable, but having people accountable isn't so bad either.

Cheers,

Craig

    Hi Craig,

While there can be multiple contributors to a single instance of a check form, the system does not capture who made what change to the items within the form.

However, it does record who has signed off the form and when the sign-off was performed.

If you would like help setting up one of these forms feel free to contact Helpdesk@avinet.com.au

    Thanks for the response.

Can you clarify for me please:

    • When personnel are selected to allow access to a specific check form

      • The selected personnel can each access the same form and complete items?, i.e. each item will then be tagged with that persons credentials to allow a level of accountability?

      • Guessing the simplier method is active where individual items not tagged with user credentials?

      • Reporting who did what would be the next level in the event of an intensive investigation into an event - apologies this may be over complicating question but if required to investigate a serious issue the accountability at each stage is instrumental to discovering learnings.

        • One check form - many inputs (potential contributors)

          • Typical scenario would be a daily check list when any personnel covering the three shifts in a 24hr period may access a check list to complete items.

            • Any one could complete check list and submit for sign off during that time. This would scale up to weekly / fortnightly / monthly checklists.

Again apologies, this shows my ignorance in using system - consider myself as a novice user of Air Maestro.

    Thanks,

    Craig
