Logbook Customization

To coincide with AM-I-134, overall logbook customization is required.

Different logbook formats are preferred in different countries and by different operators. This is also particularly pertinent with the introduction of UAVs to the industry.

Suggest that logbooks be made customizable so that clients can change column headers (i.e. different categories of flight time), as well as assign different layouts to different departments.
