Hazard and Risk Register - Drop down menu size for new Hazard Areas restricted

Currently, the user interface is somewhat difficult when adding a new Hazard Area, especially if working with labels and lists that are long. The window that opens in order to load a New Hazard Area is very small and cannot be adjusted.

It would be helpful if this window can either open in a larger view by default or allow the user to make the window bigger by dragging the sides of the window to a suitable size.
