Roster Module- Change text colour on work practice window when there is a an exceedance or caution

Currently, whenever you look at the work practice window in the Roster the text colour is Blue and although it goes bold when there is an exceedance or caution, it does not change Red or Yellow which has caused some confusion for clients.
