Prevent certain shift types from exporting to external calendar

This is a suggestion given by Tim Sharman from Rescue Helicopters.

Currently Air Maestro marks off days as events. This will cause chaos with users personal calendars and booking meetings (by determining free time) etc as the way it come up is that you are ‘busy’ when you are actually off.

Could air maestro either not have the off days come up as part of the sync. So only show actual events or another option would be to change the coding for off days to have it as ‘free time’ rather then ’tentative’ or ‘busy’.
