As I understand it at the moment if an item is a drop dead item, it prevents the user logging into AM if it is expired. Given that the only way to update some items are by exams or check form sign offs - this may prevent the user from being able to complete the drop dead item. Additionally, if this happens on a weekend, the Air Maestro administrator may not be available to unlock the users access. Suggest instead that when a drop dead item expires the user and the contact person for that recency receive an email and a text notification.
