We have received a request from one of our departments to be able to restrict the viewing of forum comments within safety reports to only those involved in the forum/investigation group. Ideally, a similar option to what is already available to restrict forum members from being able to add personnel to the group. This is only for certain reports whilst investigations are being carried out so including as an option on all reports would be beneficial so we can select as required. Visibility to the report outline and summary (once finalised) should still remain for all users with access.
Also something my organisation want. We feel the forum should be a secure place that management can discuss reports and outcomes without having to worry about who might be reading it and misinterpreting information.
This is something our organisation would benefit from especially during the investigation process.
