Change the file attachment tab in Safety Reports to allow adding URL links to other systems in addition to uploading fiiles

For example, we store electronic health records in another application that can provide a link to the exact relevant record, when we lodge nd investigate a clinical safety report within Air Maestro at present we need to create a PDF from this system and then upload it - would be great if we could just add a link to the source system/data and not have to duplicate it

    We utlise SharePoint to keep records so having the ability to add in the URL link would be incredibly beneficial. This would be applicable for our Audits too.
