Add the ability to change composite selections of a work practice when using "What If" mode

When using the "What If" feature in the timesheets it is currently not possible to change the composite selections that are set up for the work practice you are testing.

This is needed to test particular scenarios and the only way to test this currently is to switch back and forth from the Roster.
