Ability to use one Operational Risk Assessment for the day

We are trying to eliminate additional paperwork for example when a charter pilot has four flights in a day that only one op risk assessment for that day is completed. Currently on the flight records you have to complete an op risk assessment for a every flight/aircraft we would like to know if we can use the same op risk assessment on the same day for multiple flights/aircrafts.
