Primary aircraft should be mandatory in on-type recency checkforms

We've had a few cases lately where Primary Aircraft has been left off, all signoffs have occurred but the recency has not updated. This is a big problem if nobody notices. It would be easier if there were a notification that Primary Aircraft needs to be filled out.
