Add a My Reports tab to My Profile so individuals can view the safety reports they have submitted

We have a requirement for individuals to view the safety reports they have submitted. Having a My Reports tab that would link to all the reports that an individual has submitted would save having to go into the Safety Reports and use the filters, which is time consuming.
