Roster view - display Pilot/Co-Pilot initials across a single line

In the roster for each base have the option to have rows of Pilot/Co-Pilot with the name/initial of the individual rostered to be on shift . This will make it easy to read across who the Pilot/Co-Pilot rostered to be on shift is over a time period using a single line.
