Tiered sign-offs would allow users to map and carry out process flows through the forms module.
Within the “Sign-Off Options” section located under the applicable Form Tab, an option to select multiple users or access templates within the existing Sign-Off section to extend the current sign-off functionality to a tiered structure is required to be implemented as follows:
Integrate Tiered Sign-Off Groups within the existing Sign-Off section allowing for the following options:
Tier One: user/user’s group dropdown box containing list of user names, or access templates, multiple of which can be selected:
Tier One user/s "Approve" form
Tier One users confirm and progress request to Tier Two user/s.
Declining the form will require a single Tier One user to decline the request.
Both the submitting user and remaining Tier One user/s will be notified of a declined form.
Tier Two: user/user’s group dropdown box containing list of user names, or access templates, multiple of which can be selected:
Tier Two user/s review and confirm approval.
Tier Two user/s finalise and close form
Should Tier Two decline, the submitting user is notified along with the rest of Tier One and Two.
The report is then returned to the submitting user to resubmit if they choose.
