In Users Alerts, Alerts which are Manual (Alert category = Manual Alerts) display, in the date column, the date the Alert was created.
Contrastingly, system generated Alerts, such as alerts from the safety module requesting relevant personnel to close an investigation if appropriate, display the date of the current day, rather than the date the Alert was created. Having the date of the current day next to an Alert does not appear to add great value, therefore request for system generated alerts to also display the date the alert was created. Additionally, personnel use the alerts for workflow management, so this would allow them to be sorted by date and the oldest prioritised.
