Ability to identify to whom the Safety Report Summary was sent

Once the safety report investigation is completed, the authorized personnel can send the respective safety report summary to any personnel in the organization by selecting the personnel from the drop down menu (Please refer the screenshot).

However, once the summary was sent, it is not possible to check to whom it was sent to. Knowing this information may required for audit purpose(s) in future as of to know to whom it was sent, as well as for security purposes [in order to know to whom the safety report summery was sent].

Therefore, this idea is to check whether there is any possibility to add a feature to AM to know to whom the safety report summery was sent, either by an option (field) under global reporting module or by the safety reporting module itself.
