Once a check form has been saved there is the option to upload a file at the bottom of the page.
The view file and delete icons are very close together and it is quite easy to delete a file by accident.
I propose that, once sign-offs have been requested, the delete button is disabled to prevent accidental deletions a confirmation dialog will be shown when the delete button is pressed.
I would also like the view and delete icons to be further apart.

Thanks for the feedback. Anything that would help prevent the unintentional deletion of documents would be helpful. Your proposal of a confirmation dialouge would be great.

Hey Mike. It's not practical for us to implement your proposal on the removal of the delete button after sign-off as we feel it'll be restrictive for some users. Since your primary concern is the accidental deletion of files how would you feel about a pop-up confirmation dialog instead? This, combined with better separation between the view and delete buttons should dramatically reduce the chance of an accidental deletion.
