Recency Grid in Dashboard for scheduled recency to be same set up as in recency profile page

The recency grid in the dashboard doesn't have the same setup for scheduling recency items as the setup up in recency profile page, would be very useful to get 'Send Email on Save' option in recency scheduling in recency grid in dashboard. Images attached for what current views of both are
