Issue: When a report is reassigned to a different accountable person, a notification is not triggered therefore they are not aware they have a report waiting for them to action
Requirement: when an action, safety report or audit finding has been reassigned to a new user, a new notification is triggered.
Hi Avinet team, the issue is when a task is reassigned by the requestor, the requestee does not get a notification that they have been assigned the task. Currently notifications only work on initial notifications, not reassignments.
Normally the assignee would get a notification however we understand that this issue arises when Avinet Support perform bulk reassignment of tasks
