When V3.4 was released it included a feature that allowed the following:
Recency Contacts to be moved or copied from one person or role to another person or role.
Personnel to be removed as Recency Contacts from one or more Recency items (even if the person is inactive).
Bulk assignment of Recency Items to a person
It would be great to have this functionality available in the Document Library and the Hazard & Risk Register as well.
As of this moment responsibilities can only be assigned on a per-person basis and it is easy to miss something when there is a change of responsibilites or personnel.
Suggest that this be expanded to include the following functionality:
auto-generation of emails, sent to respective users when roles are transferred;
creation of a record of transfers:
shows dates and users involved in each transfer instances;
filtered by date range, user name, and name of recency/document/hazard/risk.
