The safety action register is a great overview of actions, however it would be very useful to be able to see the columns "Audit Area", "Audit Type" & "Compliance Status", and have the ability to select the columns you'd like displayed.
The ability to set the grouping (currently hard set to "Compliance Status") would be very useful.
While it is possible to generate a global report with this information, it is far less visually readable.
Agree with comment by Mike Thomson. Using the register in its current format is frustrating because one has to expand each action in order to view the applicable Request Notes.
An additional improvement would be the ability to expand all actions as, each time an action is updated, all other actions in the register are collapsed.
With the changes in 3.5, it would be particularly useful to have the ability to re-introduce the 'Request Note' column. The removal of this field between 3.4 and 3.5 has made it more difficult to understand what each action is about at first glance when viewing the action register.
