Have the ability for Key personel to add an Action Extension

Currently the only person able to add an Extension Date to an Action is the Requestor. If that person is sick or on holidays you cannot add an extension. I request that you give key personnel access to make this change.

Currently there is a single point of failure. Also our regulator does not want to see an action go Over Due they would rather see an extension given before coming over due to prove you have control of your SMS and QA Systems.
