The current layout of ORA checklists is difficult to read, especially if items wrap over two or more lines. This could be improved by increasing the spacing between individual item lines or, preferably, by using a table layout (similar to an audit checklist).
Certain controls (e.g. radio button lists) are poorly spaced, making it difficult to differentiate between options (e.g. OYesONo). This could be improved by increasing the spacing between options (e.g. O Yes O No) and/or a setting to orientate options vertically or horizontally (as is the case with radio button and checklist controls in other custom form builders such as that in the safety reports module).
