To create observations during an audit and tracking them

Currently my Audit question options to choose from are Compliant, Non-compliant, Observation. If I choose Observation it will raise a finding but there is no way to differentiate an observation from a real Finding. They are both numbered e.i. A3.F1, A3.F2 should read A3.F1, A3.O1

Is there a way to add a filter or have them look different in the action register. .

When performing an audit question there are times when you can have a finding and an observation. Also it would be nice to be able to choose if its an observation or finding when adding additional findings/observations

Recording observations and tracking them is essential for our business and our regulator.

Currently the only way to track an observation is in the audit summary and once its closed no one sees it or you need to copy them to another file some where. Or you create an observation as a finding and this clouds up your findings.
