While we can use the print function to print a PDF version of a safety report, this only prints the text and details associated with the report and the images/file attachments come out as links in a table. It would be great if there was a way to print the Safety Reports in a more presentable manner that includes displaying the images/file attachments (if displayable such as maps) attached to the report.
Hi James. This was released in v3.5, which is now available on your site. This feature exports a document to Microsoft Word, either using our default layout template or your own, customised template. From Word, you can export to a PDF. To use the feature, browse to a safety report and click the "Export to Word" menu option, then select the template you wish to apply. This will trigger the browser to download the exported Word document. The document will render attachments if they're images.
