Jeremy Feasey has suggested to have the alert acknowledgement set so that as soon as the act of down loading has atuo checked the ‘Read and Understood’ box then that would cancel(acknowledge) the alert, as it is now, the user is required to also select Continue to have the alert status changed to acknowledged.
