It is often necessary to transmit multiple company, aircraft and crew documents and licensing when applying for contracts or tenders. This is quite cumbersome at the moment as it requires the user to download the documents individually for each recency item.
Cemair would like to see a function whereby the system allows a user to click a button that says 'download in bulk', this should open a pop-up that allows the user to select which recency documents to download. This should download the most recent document that has been uploaded to each valid recency for that person.
If you could do this across several profiles at once that would be even better.
This is exactly what we need also or maybe have a central point like SharePoint where those granted access are able to download these documents.
