Can you make it that if an Audit Finding Action goes over due that certain managers and lead auditors get critical warnings.
It is very important that managements knows because we are now non-compliant if an action goes over due without an extention.
Extensions are to be granted before becomeing overdue.
A new feature to send overdue action notifications has been released in v3.6. These can be configured in the Settings page under "Overdue Action Notifications".
Agreed. Would like to see an alert send to action requestee when item is due in 2 weeks and then an alert to action requestee and selected senior managers when item is overdue.
This request is supported by a large number of clients.
A possible enhancement may be a "countdown" facility that informs action requestees of the time remaining to action due dates. This could possibly be added as a filter in the action register, allowing users to order/prioritise actions according to time remaining till due date.
Another possible addition might be that the audit module also alerts nominated personnel (the Chief Audit Officer, the respective Auditors, etc.) when an audit is due.
Integration with third-party calendars would be very useful too (so that auditors and auditees would see scheduled audits in calendars other than AM).
