Notification acknowledgements

Notifications that are sent by the scheduling module should have the option of requiring acknowledgement from the receiver.

The acknowledgements should be able to trigger simple rules such as "if all notifications are acknowledge update the status of the scheduled task"

This could also be extended to other areas of Air Maestro such as the safety module and manual notifications.
