When performing a risk review in the Hazard & Risk Register the reviewer is required to assess whether the controls documented are effective. This can be quite a time consuming process as the reviewer is required to create reports to draw statistics in order to determine whether the documented controls are effective or not.
To more easily accomplish this I suggest that a checkbox dropdown list is associated with each control where the user may select one or more safety report categories.
There should be a popup on the control page which shows a graph with reports submitted against the selected categories over time against risk level. The graph should have filter fields for a date range.
