Non compliance extension request

When a non compliance is assigned to an individual, they need to have the ability to request an extension to the finding, which will then be reviewed by the compliance manager and approved or rejected accordingly.

As it stands currently the compliance manger is the only person able to extend a non compliance . Can the system be modified so that a request extension function is set up that requires an extension date and justification for the request. Then the compliance manager can approve. This becomes a closed loop process that is easily auditable
