Site Lock Down Post Accident / Incident

As part of aircraft accident response procedures, is there any way that  a site lock down option could be included (for admins of the operator only) to allow for the site to be immediately locked down to read only? This would allow for quarantine of data and records for investigation purposes and to ensure integrity of records post incident. The ability to have the site made inactive by Avinet is a back up but it seems like it would not allow us to view as read only in the event that we need to check records. Open to suggestions from other operators as to how this could best work.
