Change Display Order of Corrective Action

Is it possible to change the way the information is displayed in both the action register and when viewing findings in an audit? The problem is it’s not displayed in a logical order.

The process is Corrective action first, then root cause identification then preventative action (root cause correction). It would be really useful if it could be displayed in that sequence when viewing
