More control of visibility of Roster Notes

Presently users are able to see notes attached to shifts assigned to them by printing the calendar with notes ticked OR the tooltip on their schedule. It would be good if the scheduled task indicated that it has a note so user knows to hover on it.

Further to this it would be handy if this information was displayed to the user in their timesheet. Currently they can see their shift and it's start/stop but not the note.
